The strength of our Association lies in the dedication of our members, who play a vital role in the well-being of our community. We are unwavering in our commitment to ensuring our members receive fair compensation, benefits, and optimal working conditions. This commitment is realized through the implementation of a collective bargaining agreement (CBA). As San Marcos Hays County EMS is a 501(c)(3) entity, our Association can engage in comprehensive negotiations regarding all aspects of our employment terms and conditions. The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) provides federal oversight, distinguishing us from public sector EMS agencies limited to Meet and Confer or Consultation Policies.
